Use the following scale to identify the extent of your agreement with the 20 statements:

Only those who depend on themselves get ahead in life.
To be superior, a person must stand alone.
If you want something done right, you've got to do it yourself.
What happens to me is my own doing.

Winning is everything.

A group is most efficient when its members do what they think is best rather than doing what the group wants them to do.
A group is most productive when its members follow their own interests and concerns.
